arc, Main street, Yinnar is a unique centre for creativity and CONTEMPORARY ARTS that combines a superb gallery, VIBRANT MUSIC venue, studio spaces for artists, and RESOURCE services.

arc's story began in 1982 when the Art Resource Collective was established as a fledgling group of artists determined to renovate the disused Yinnar Butter Factory, and again make the building a CENTREPIECE for the town and the surrounding district.

arc today provides both a focus for creative talent in the LATROBE CITY and environs, and a stepping stone to the wider world of contemporary art and career development.

arc is an artist-run, non-profit organisation whose members are proud of the continued development of the art centre which today houses its administration base, retail outlet, private studios and public access areas for printmaking, ceramics, metalwork, photography, painting and drawing.
